Midshipman Portraits
For eight years Midshipmen and their families have trusted me to capture one of life’s biggest milestones. Having photographed more than 500 Midshipmen as well as countless events and ceremonies on the yard, I’ve become one of the Yard’s most experienced and sought-after portrait photographers.
As a Veteran, I know the traditions and the hidden corners of the Academy. I also know exactly how to make even the most camera shy Midshipmen feel comfortable in front of the camera. Together we’ll create portraits that feel authentic, celebrate accomplishments, and preserve this incredible chapter of life and your contribution to the history of the Naval Academy.

The Process
1.Fill out the form
Complete the contact form and you will receive pricing, details, and a scheduling link where you can reserve your date with your session payment.
2.CONFIRM SESSION
I'll reach out directly to the Midshipman 7–10 days before your session to confirm the date, time, and any schedule changes as well as answer any last-minute questions.
3.Picture time
We will have a fun experience walking around and making photos at multiple iconic USNA locations. Make sure to bring meaningful items you’d like to include and don’t forget your class ring!
4.Delivering photos
You will receive an online, password-protected online gallery where you may download your high-resolution images. No proofing process. No download limits, and you can share with family and friends whenever you’d like.

For academic year 2026-2027, I am offering just one all-inclusive portrait experience. With an extremely limited number of sessions available, every client receives the premium experience that was once reserved for upgrades.
